Panchayaths can implement spill over projects(carry over projects) order issued

Govt have issued an order to give permission to carry over the remaining amount to next financial year and implement the projects if the panchayath made more than 60% expenditure..Co ordination committee meeting held yesterday also decided to implement this carry over projects in April itself. see 2.13 of the co ordination committee decision.this meeting also decided that the SCP and TSP fund expenditure will not consider for the 60% cross bar.
