12th five year plan - AE will become the implementing officer of Drinking wells

As per the plan implementation guidelines VEOs are the conveners of three working groups,poverty alleviation,small scale industry and SC development. The specialty of this guideline is that the "drinking water" working group has given to AEs. Another important thing is that the Kudumbashree member secretary has no charge as convener.
