Thiruvananthapuram. Unspent amount in block panchayth' account can be used for giving the increased unit cost for IAY housing beneficiaries(Rs c2 lakh). As per the co ordination committee meeting held last wednesday , govt will issue the order soon. This will be a great blessing to the IAY beneficiaries who have excecuted agreement after 01/04/2011.
