Kerala state housing board informed govt that it is not possible to
get loan from HUDCO for LSGIs. In this situation govt issued an order
to gave permission for getting additional loan from cooperative banks
to avail balance amount to EMS and IAY beneficiaries. The interest
rate up to 10.75% will be given by the govt. The loan must be taken
within 31.03.2013. The repayment period need not be 10 years. Govt
also give permission to use unutilised plan fund in 2012-13 for the
discussment of this housing schemes.
