Govt decided to increase the housing unit costs to 2 lakhs and 2.5 lakhs(SC)

State decentralisation committee meeting held on 04/01/2012 decided to hike the unit cost of house construction.As per the meeting's decision the unit cost of housing (from plan fund) increased to 2 lakh for general category and SC unit cost increased to 2.5 lakh.
