Secretariat service in state civil service- Decision rejected

TVM. Central govt rejected Kerala govt's decision to include secretariat service in state civil service. Kerala chief secretary has got letter from center in connection with this.Revenue officials are the only state employees in state civil service. Earlier cabinet pointed out the shortage of eligible candidates for state civil service and take decision to add secretariat service in state civil service. Revenue dept has opposed the govt decision and striken against this.

    secreatariate asistants got promotion to every department,,,,

    bcz they make the rules and special rules
