TVM.govt employees will get Rs.8500 as Onam advance and Rs.1750 as festival allowance.Employees get salary less than Rs.13000 will get bonus as Rs.2900. Last year onam advance was Rs.7500 and Rs.1500 as festival allowance.
Public sector employees will get the same bonus as last year.An amount of Rs.150 will be increased to the benefits given to those not liable for bonus.
